Refund Policy

popselected.com have been trying our best to providing top quality product. If the items you receive have quality issues, please send email to popselected@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of your item within 7 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tag, label and packaging.

Please note that only one refund request can be made per each order. Cash receipt or credit card receipt is needed.

Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.

Currently, we offer 2 refund methods including

1. Cash or Octopus payment will refund cash .

2. All other payments will refund to the payment account and cannot refund to other account.

Refund will be debited in 1 to 4 weeks in the account.

If there is any dispute, popselected.com reserves the right of final decision.
